IF you received a rejection email there are a few reasons why:

1.  The technician you chose is no longer available - someone has called and taken the
appointment before your on-line request was seen by Glow
2.  The technician does not perform the service you are requesting
3.  Someone beat you to it on-line and their request came thru first

*** please note- it is rare that you will get a rejection *******BUT AGAIN, you do not have an
appointment until you RECEIVE an email from Glow

our clients are happy and not disappointed in this new system.  
Hi and thank you for using our on-line booking system.  We are really excited to provide this new
technology to our clients.

To insure good booking please read the following.... we have had some people confused:

1.  After requesting your appointment YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM CMJ (the on-line
scheduling company)
SAYING YOUR REQUEST IS CONFIRMED-
this is  
NOT YOUR APPOINTMENT being confirmed

2.  During Open hours (Tuesday - Saturday) your REQUEST for an appointment  will be
processed with in 1/2 hour
  • On Sunday or Monday requests will be processed at 9:00 am Tuesday morning- please
    watch your email
3.  After your request has been sent to Glow & processed from the front desk you will then
RECEIVE a
CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM GLOWBRAINTREE@VERIZON.NET that you have
an appointment
